Healthcare in Canada is the responsibility of each province. Ontario is the most populous province by far. Prince Edward Island province, by contrast, has the population of a mid-size city. Nurses are found everywhere, but working conditions vary greatly, especially the time it takes to have a permanent position.

You need to score at least 6 in all modules to get an Express Entry, only if you have completed your individual’s profile. You may need a different score if your profile couldn’t get the passing points, i.e., 67.

The average Nurse salary in Canada is $74,276 per year or $38.09 per hour. Entry-level positions start at $36,717 per year while most experienced workers make up to $126,268 per year.

Government of Canada nurses who work on average at least 12 hours per week contribute to the Public Service Pension Plan.
